Chapter 1: Being a Glutton
On the second Tuesday of every other month it has become a routine for Jack and I to have dinner at a different Caribbean restaurant. First we love Caribbean food. Second, it is our way of giving back and supporting the different establishments. Most of all it was an intentional time for us to be together and focus on each other.
It is the second Tuesday of December. Holiday season is right around the corner. We decided to patronize a Jamaican spot called RassClod.
